Turn of Fortune's Wheel

You awaken on a cold slab under a white sheet. You sit up to find yourself in a mortuary. You do not remember how you arrived here, wherever here is. You look to your left and right and see fellow arrivals wakening up from their stupor. Moans from outside the room grip your brain. Then, a floating skull appears before you. It smiles and welcomes you to the mortuary in Sigil.
