The best part of any D&D game are the adventurers and the parties they form.

To ensure every adventuring party is prepared for the perils ahead, we use a Balanced Party System. This ensures your group has the tools needed for roleplay, combat, and exploration. This balanced party system means that each party will have at least one adventurer from each of the class quadrants: fighter, wizard, rogue, and cleric.
As well, to set up an adventure that is moderately challenging, Dragons in Dungeons uses Pre-Gen Adventurers that players can modify according to guidelines. These pre-gen adventurers maintain a balance between fairness and ease of setup with player imagination and autonomy over adventurers. Ability stats are random with maximum and minimum scores, giving adventurers a talent and a flaw to play with. The point buy system is used. Equally, all adventurers start at the same level. For this Dragon Fest, all adventurers are level 4. In the end, players will have adventurers that will grow, that players can shape, and will become true heroes.
After you have purchased your ticket online, you will be sent an email so you can choose your adventurer on the Dnd Beyond Campaign for your table.
Step 1: In the email, there will be a link to a Character Choice App to help you pick your pre-gen adventurer. Click on the link to open.
Step 2: Choose the game for which you bought a ticket.
Step 3: Fill in the form and choose an adventurer. Note: you can change name later if needed.
Step 4: You will receive a confirmation email. Click on the JOIN link to the Dnd Beyond Campaign for your table.
Step 5: Click on CLAIM beside the adventurer name you selected in the Character Choice app.
Once you claim an adventurer on Dnd Beyond, that adventurer is yours forever and can be used in other campaigns with Dragons in Dungeons or other clubs. As well, while playing that character in a DinD campaign, you will have access to all of Dragons in Dungeons purchased and homebrew contents.
To keep the event fair and balanced, please follow these rules when editing your sheet:
CORE (stay the same): class, species, ability scores, alignment, background, and level.
CHOICE (make it yours): character name, physical details, backstory, one rare magic item, one personal possession, faith, and personality traits.
CHANGE (adjust to fit): subclass, languages, proficiencies, feats, spells.
Enjoy your adventurer when you bring him or her to the table.

To allow everyone a chance to experience an Epic Encounter, players are limited to one game registration for the duration of Dragon Fest.
